Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F.
  2. Spray a shallow baking pan with non-stick coating.
  3. Arrange the fillets in baking pan and sprinkle with oregano, garlic, salt and pepper.
  4. Top with a layer of tomato, then onion and parsley.
  5. Mix bread crumbs with cheese and oil, sprinkle on top of fillets and bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until the fish flakes easily.
