  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Prepare a 9x13 pan with cooking spray and flour.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine baking powder, cocoa powder, salt, and flour.
  4. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, sugar, vanilla, and marshmallow cream.
  5. Mix dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
  6. Bake for 18 minutes.
