Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into 1" pieces. Mince the garlic.
  2. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and keep warm.
  3. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and garlic and cook, stirring frequently, for about 5 minutes until browned. Reduce heat to medium.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the broth, lemon juice, cornstarch, salt and pepper. Add to chicken in skillet. Heat to boiling; reduce heat and simmer about 2 minutes, until thickened, stirring frequently.
  5. Add snow peas and cook 3 minutes longer.
  6. Toss hot pasta with sauce and garnish with parsley.
