Instructions

  1. Set seasoning mix aside.
  2. Combine the rice mix and the egg.
  3. Add the raw beef in a large bowl and mix together with your hands.
  4. Roll into meatballs (about an inch and a half).
  5. In a large skillet, brown the meatballs on all sides.
  6. Meanwhile, mix the seasoning packet and boiling water.
  7. Pour over the meatballs and simmer for 30 minutes.
  8. Pour the cornstarch/water mixture into the skillet and simmer for 2 minutes.
