Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Combine all ingredients, except potatoes, in a small bowl.
  3. Place potatoes in a large zip-close plastic bag.
  4. Add mustard mixture.
  5. Close bag and shake to coat.
  6. Pour contents of bag into a shallow baking pan coated with cooking spray.
  7. Bake, turning occasionally, until potatoes are tender, about 40-60 minutes.
