Instructions

  1. Melt butter in sauce pan.
  2. Stir in brown sugar.
  3. Boil and stir over low heat for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in milk.
  5. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  6. Cool to lukewarm.
  7. Gradually stir in confectioner's sugar.
  8. Place pan in ice water and stir until thick enough to spread.
