Instructions

  1. Remove any excess skin and fat from the wings.
  2. Bake 25 minutes, or until fully cooked, at 350 on a rack to allow grease to drip off.
  3. Cool completely.
  4. Mix all other ingredients.
  5. Coat wings or toss in sauce and marinade at least 2 hours (overnight is best).
  6. Bake 15 minutes at 350 on a rack.
  7. Serve as they are, out of the oven or coat them again in sauce.
