Instructions

  1. Combine stock, wine and garlic in saucepan.
  2. Bring to a simmer, cook uncovered for 3 minutes.
  3. Increase heat to high and add prawns.
  4. Cook prawns 2 -3 minutes until they change colour.
  5. Remove from heat and add parsley.
  6. Toss well and season.
  7. Spoon into individual serving dishes straight away.
  8. Serve with crusty bread.
