Instructions

  1. Remove fat and fiber from meat.
  2. Cut into bite-size pieces.
  3. Sprinkle with meat tenderizer at least one hour before cooking.
  4. In a large frying pan, brown meat on all sides.
  5. Mix all other ingredients together in a bowl and pour over beef tips.
  6. Put lid on pan and simmer for 1 hour.
  7. Do not remove lid until done.
