Instructions

  1. Sprinkle strawberries with sugar and let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Fold marshmallows and sour cream into strawberry mixture.
  3. Add salt and mix gently.
  4. Place in a covered container and store in refrigerator overnight.
  5. To serve, spoon into individual serving dishes; garnish with a whole strawberry.
  6. Cool Whip may be substituted for sour cream.
