Instructions

  1. Dredge the steaks in flour.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the oil on medium high heat.
  3. Brown the steaks.
  4. Add the tomatoes, mushrooms, soup mix and water.
  5. Bring to a boil.
  6. Cover the skillet and reduce the heat.
  7. Simmer for 30 minutes or until the steaks are tender.
  8. Serve over hot noodles.
