Instructions

  1. Knead the first nine ingredients together.
  2. Pinch off even-sized balls of the dough to make parathas.
  3. Use a rolling pin to roll out the parathas.
  4. Heat a griddle on the stove top.
  5. Cook the paratha on either side on the griddle.
  6. Transfer to a plate and serve hot with a cup of hot Indian chai (tea).
  7. Enjoy!
