Instructions

  1. In lg bowl, combine flour and sugar.
  2. Cut in butter until you have a fine crumbly mixture.
  3. Knead dough until smooth, about 7-8 minutes.
  4. Pat dough into ungreased 15x10 pan.
  5. Pierce with fork all over.
  6. Bake at 325* for 25 minutes, until light brown.
  7. While warm, cut into squares.
