Instructions

  1. Place leaves on plate.
  2. Chop mango into cubes and toss over leaves.
  3. Cut up the red onion into desired size and add on top.
  4. Garnish with feta. (I prefer cubbed not crushed.).
  5. Vinaigrette:
  6. Mix all together using more fresh lemon than sunflower oil.
  7. Pour over salad.
  8. Enjoy!
