Instructions

  1. Wash okra; bring vinegar, water, and salt to a boil.
  2. Put okra in pint jars.
  3. To each pint, add 1 teaspoon dill seed, 2 cloves garlic, and 1 pod pepper.
  4. Pour boiling brine to cover okra.
  5. Process in boiling water for 5 minutes.
  6. Wait 1 month before serving.
