Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Score top of each fig with a sharp knife.
  3. Place figs on baking sheet; sprinkle with sugar and drizzle with red wine.
  4. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until softened.
  5. Transfer to serving places and spoon the thickened red wine sauce over figs.
  6. Serve with yogurt or cream.
