Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 375.
  2. In a large bowl, beat brown sugar and margarine until light and fluffy.
  3. Add vanilla and egg white; mix well.
  4. Add flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; blend well.
  5. Stir in chips.
  6. Drop by teaspoonfuls on to ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Shape gently into balls with your fingers.
  8. Bake at 375 for 8-9 minutes.
  9. Cool 1 minute on sheet and then transfer to let cool.
