Instructions

  1. Combine brown sugar, soy sauce, and ginger in a small bowl.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in heavy skillet.
  4. Add garlic and chicken.
  5. Saute over high heat for 3 minutes or until chicken is about half cooked.
  6. Give the soy sauce mixture a stir and add to chicken.
  7. Continue to saute over high heat until most of the liquid is evaporated and chicken is glazed, about 4 minutes.
  8. Remove from the heat.
  9. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and toss before serving.
