Instructions

  1. In microwave, cook chocolate chips and 1/2 cup cream until smooth, stir often.
  2. Cool to room temperature; stir in sugar and vanilla.
  3. In sm mixing bowl, beat remaining cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Beat in chocolate on high speed; 1/3 at a time.
  5. Spoon into crust.
  6. Chill.
