  1. Preheat oven to 475.
  2. Scrub potatoes.
  3. Cut into in half lengthwise and then into 3 wedges each.
  4. Dry each wedge with paper towel and place in bowl.
  5. Add remaining ingredients and toss well.
  6. Lay them out on a cookie sheet, skin side down.
  7. Sprayed with non stick coating spray.
  8. Bake 40 minutes or until done.
