Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, cardamom and baking powder together well.
  3. Cut in butter with a pastry blender or with two knives.
  4. Beat the egg. Add into flour mixture and mix well.
  5. Spread the batter into a greased and floured 8x11 pan.
  6. Spread lingonberry preserves over batter.
  7. Sprinkle streusel topping over lingonberry preserves.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden.
  9. Cool in pan before serving.
