Instructions

  1. Crumble beef in 2 quart microwave casserole dish.
  2. Cook on High power (100%) for 3-5 minutes, stirring to break up meat.
  3. once or twice.
  4. Drain hamburger Add the remaining ingredients.
  5. except for the buns.
  6. Blend well and heat on High power for about 3 minutes, or until very hot and heated through.
  7. Spoon meat mixture onto buns and serve.
