Instructions

  1. In a ziploc baggie, combine flour and seasonings.
  2. Add chicken and shake to coat.
  3. Melt butter in a large skillet.
  4. Brown chicken in butter, about 4 minutes per side.
  5. Add soup and onions to skillet.
  6. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes or until internal juices of chicken run clear.
  7. Stir in sour cream.
  8. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
