Instructions

  1. Blend flour, sugar and salt.
  2. Cut in Crisco to pea sized pieces.
  3. Mix together egg, water and vinegar.
  4. Add to flour.
  5. Mix until moistened and a soft dough forms.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before rolling.
  7. This will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week and will be easy to roll.
