Instructions

  1. In dutch oven, brown roast in oil.
  2. Mix the seasonings and sprinkle over meat.
  3. Add broth; bring to a boil.
  4. Cover and bake at 350* for 2 hours.
  5. Add carrots, potatoes and onions.
  6. Cover and bake 1 hour longer.
  7. Thicken pan juices if you want a gravy.
