Instructions

  1. In a pot of boiling salted water, cook potatoes until tender.
  2. Drain and place in a large bowl.
  3. Mash with potato masher.
  4. Add onions, garlic, butter, milk, egg yolks, pepper, and nutmeg.
  5. Beat with electic mixer until light and fluffy.
  6. Add in parsley, sausage and cheeses.
  7. Spoon into a greased 2 quart casserole dish.
  8. Sprinkle with thyme.
  9. Bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for 30 minutes or until just browned and heated thoroughly.
