Instructions

  1. Combine coconut, flour, salt.
  2. Add milk and vanilla.
  3. I find it much easier to use my hands to mix this batter. You can use a large spoon, but it's a real work-out.
  4. Drop by teaspoonsful onto greased baking sheet or use parchment paper.
  5. Bake at 350 until golden, watch well--they burn very easily.
  6. Check at about 13-15 minutes.
