Ingredients

1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine

1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup honey

1/2 teaspoon vanilla

1 1/4 cups whole wheat flour (all-purpose may be substituted)

3/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/2-3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts

1/2-3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips

1 egg
Instructions
- Cream butter, peanut butter, sugar, honey, egg, vanilla.
- Sift together dry ingredients and then blend into creamed mixture.
- Stir in nuts and chocolate chips, if desired.
- Spoon 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until lightly brown; do not overbake.
- Cool slightly; remove and place on rack to cool.
