Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Beat all sweet potato ingredients together and pour into greased 81/2"x11" baking pan.
  3. In a small bowl mix the topping ingredients together,stirring well.
  4. Crumble the mixture over top of sweet potatoes.
  5. Bake in oven for 35-45 minutes until sweet potatoes are set and topping looks crunchy.
  6. Delicious!
