Instructions

  1. Dice& boil onions and carrots 20 minutes.
  2. Drain.
  3. Boil peeled and quartered potatoes 20-25 minutes, til tender.
  4. Drain and dry thoroughly.
  5. Add onions and carrots mash well.
  6. Add salt, pepper, butter and milk.
  7. Mix.
  8. Warm all together and serve hot.
