Instructions

  1. Season pork chops w/S&P.
  2. Cook chops in oil to almost done, about 4 minutes per side.
  3. Remove.
  4. Add onion to pan; cook, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or to golden brown.
  5. Stir in worcestershire, vinegar, sugar, sage.
  6. Bring to boil; cook to reduce slightly.
  7. Return meat; simmer uncovered 2 min till done.
