Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F.
  2. Toss frozen berries and cornstarch in large bowl and let stand until cornstarch dissolves, tossing occasionally. (About 20 minutes.).
  3. Divide berry mixture among six 4.5" diameter x 1" high ramekin dishes.
  4. Toss brown sugar, flour, oats, nuts, cinnamon and 1/4 t salt in large bowl.
  5. Add chilled margarine and using your fingers, blend together until coarse crumbs form.
  6. Sprinkle oat mixture evenly over dishes.
  7. Bake 10 minutes.
  8. Reduce heat to 350F and continue baking until topping is golden brown and fruit filling is bubbling. About 30 minutes.
  9. Cool crisps at least 15 minutes.
  10. Serve warm or at room temperature.
