Instructions

  1. Pour the water into a saucepan.
  2. Bring to a boil and add the snow peas to the pan.
  3. Blanch them for 1 minute and drain.
  4. Melt the butter in a nonstick frying pan.
  5. Add the sesame seeds and brown them lightly.
  6. Add the snow peas, shallots, and pepper.
  7. Saute for 1 minute and serve.
