Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in large saucepan.
  2. Add onion and saute over medium heat till onions are golden.
  3. Add chicken (or vegetable for vegetarians) broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add salt and noodles.
  5. Cook uncovered for about 3 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  6. Stir in broccoli and garlic powder and cook for another 4 minutes.
  7. Add milk, cheese and pepper stirring constantly until the cheese is melted.
