Instructions

  1. Bring a medium-size pot of salted water to boiling.
  2. Add broccoli florets and cook for 5-6 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain and keep warm.
  4. Heat 2 tbsp butter in medium-size nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add red pepper and garlic; reduce heat to medium-low heat.
  6. Cook stirring occasionally for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove from heat.
  8. Add remaining tbsp butter, salt and pepper.
  9. Place broccoli in bowl.
  10. Pour butter over top.
  11. Serve at once.
