Instructions

  1. Heat pan over med-high heat, spray with cooking spray.
  2. Add chicken tenders and season with pepper.
  3. Cook turning pieces half way through about 7 minutes.
  4. Remove and set aside.
  5. Reduce the heat to low-med add garlic and saute.
  6. Then add vinegar, honey and chicken broth.
  7. Simmer scraping the bottom of the pan for 1 minute.
  8. Return chicken to pan.
  9. Mix all ingredients together and heat through.
  10. Garnish and serve.
