Instructions

  1. Heat broiler.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Broil steak about 6-inches from heating element, turning once, about 8 to 10 mintues, or until medium rare.
  4. Sauce:
  5. In small saucepan over medium heat melt butter.
  6. Add garlic, pepper, Worchestershire sauce and any accumulated steak juices.
  7. Serve in slices made across the grain.
