Instructions

  1. Topping: Cut butter into brown sugar, flour mixture until crumbly.
  2. Grease bottom only of a 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
  3. In mixing bowl cream butter and cream cheese until light and fluffy.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and beat at low speed until well blended.
  5. Spread in prepared pan and sprinkle topping over top of cake.
  6. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes.
