Instructions

  1. Mix butter, peanut butter, sugars and egg thoroughly.
  2. Measure flour by sifting.
  3. Blend all dry ingredients; stir into butter mixture.
  4. Chill dough.
  5. Heat oven to 375°.
  6. Roll dough into 1 1/4-inch balls.
  7. Place 3" apart on lightly greased baking sheet.
  8. Flatten criss-cross style with fork dipped in flour.
  9. Bake 8-12 minutes.
