Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, onion, parsley, cumin, egg, and bread crumbs.
  2. Form into small football shapes.
  3. In a large saucepan, combine tomato sauce and garlic; bring to a simmer.
  4. Add"footballs" and let cook 45 minutes, stirring gently occasionally.
  5. Serve over rice pilaf and garnish with cilantro.
