Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until fluffy.
  2. Gradually add sugars and beat until just combined.
  3. Stir in chocolate chips.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
  5. Form cheese into a ball using hand protection (Saran wrap, wax paper, etc).
  6. Optional- just before serving, roll in additional chocolate chips or nuts of your choice.
  7. Serve with graham crackers.
