Instructions

  1. Cook carrots until just tender, 10-15 min depending on size of carrots.
  2. Melt butter in pan until browned.
  3. Add garam masala, salt, ginger and red chili powder if using.
  4. Cook 1 minute.
  5. Add carrots and toss to coat.
  6. Serve with cilantro leaves sprinkled on top as garnish.
