Instructions

  1. Brown pork chops in oil.
  2. In a bowl, combine garlic, sherry wine, soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes -- mix well.
  3. Add to pork chops and simmer for 15 minutes.
  4. Remove pork chops.
  5. Mix cornstarch and water.
  6. Mix with the sauce and stir and simmer until thickened.
  7. Serve sauce tossed with mixed stir-fry veggies or over buttered No-Yolk noodles.
