Instructions

  1. In a large nonstick skillet, bring 3/4 cup of water to a boil, add the green beans, and cook 3 minutes.
  2. Stir green beans constantly.
  3. Drain and set them aside.
  4. Heat oil in skillet over medium heat.
  5. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minutes.
  6. Add the beans to heat for about 1 minute and then add the lemon juice, salt, and pepper; sauté for 1 minute.
