Instructions

  1. In a bowl cream sugar and butter.
  2. Add egg and milk.
  3. In a bowl, add flour, baking powder and salt.
  4. Add to cream mixture.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Fold in blueberries.
  7. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
  8. FOR STREUSEL: Add sugar, flour and cinnamon.
  9. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  10. Sprinkle over muffins.
  11. Bake at 375 for 25-30 minutes.
