Instructions

  1. preheat oven 325 degrees.
  2. Mix wet ingredients: pumpkin puree, coconut oil, honey, vanilla & spices.
  3. Add dry: nuts & dates.
  4. Spread evenly onto parchment covered baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 30 - 40 minutes - mix half way through.
  6. Let cool --> will get crunchy when cool.
  7. Snack directly or serve with almond milk as a cereal.
