Instructions

  1. Measure flour, sugar,baking powder,soda,and salt into a large bowl.
  2. Cut in butter until crumbly.
  3. Add shredded apple, cranberries and milk.
  4. Stir to form a soft dough.
  5. Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface.
  6. Knead gently 8 to 10 times.
  7. Pat into two 6 inch circles.
  8. Brush tops with milk and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  9. Cut each circle into six pie-shaped wedges.
  10. Place onto greased baking sheet.
  11. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, or until browned.
  12. Serve warm with Butter.
