- Hardboil 2 eggs.
- Finely hand chop tomato, green pepper, yellow onion, fresh jalapeno, radishes, olives (black or greek) (do not use food processor).
- Add in: olive oil, white vinegar, mint, and salt.
- Pour salad onto a plate.
- Put can of oil-packed tuna in center.
- Garnish with quartered eggs, olives, and feta cheese.
- Eat with toasted french bread.
