Instructions

  1. Hardboil 2 eggs.
  2. Finely hand chop tomato, green pepper, yellow onion, fresh jalapeno, radishes, olives (black or greek) (do not use food processor).
  3. Add in: olive oil, white vinegar, mint, and salt.
  4. Pour salad onto a plate.
  5. Put can of oil-packed tuna in center.
  6. Garnish with quartered eggs, olives, and feta cheese.
  7. Eat with toasted french bread.
