Instructions

  1. In a non-stick pan, saute sliced sausage for a minute.
  2. Add potatoes and onions.
  3. Stir until potatoes start brown and onions become translucent.
  4. Keep stirring until potatoes are done.
  5. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and pepper. Add other seasonings, if desired.
  6. (If using cast iron pan, add a little olive oil at the beginning!).
