Instructions

  1. Lightly salt and pepper chops.
  2. Brown pork chops in olive oil.
  3. Add onions and garlic and saute until soft, being careful not to burn.
  4. Add water and bring to a boil.
  5. Whisk together flour, chicken broth and browning sauce.
  6. Add to skillet, stirring well.
  7. Cover and cook over low heat 30 to 45 minutes or until tender.
  8. Taste gravy and add additional salt and pepper, if necessary.
